We ship to all PIN codes in India.
Our order processing duration is 2 to 5 days, before we ship to you. However this duration may change due to various factors.
Delivery duration by the courier company depends on location, shipment method and other factors.

We ship through India post
Shipping charges depends on the total weight of the products in your order.
For COD orders, India Post postman will ask for VPP handling charges while delivery, addition to the COD amount.
VPP handling charge is 5% of COD amount.
Return & Exchange Policy
An order cancellation request can be raised within 24 hours from the time of placing the order, by sharing us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation. Alternatively, you can contact us through WhatsApp also. (our WhatsApp number is 63805 71764 )
All orders are automatically processed and sent for shipment as soon as they are ready.
Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Refund Policy. The cancellation will be treated as a Return.
For the pre-paid orders, after the refund is initiated at our end, it will take around 7 working days for Razor Pay to credit money back to your account.
All our products are non-returnable.
However, If the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request.
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

REFUND (if applicable)
Refund will be initiated only after we receive the product at our end and QC verification.
After the refund is initiated at our end, it will take around 7 working days for Razor Pay to credit money back to your account.
For cash on delivery orders, the refund amount will be settled into the bank account shared by the customer through e-mail.
